Earlier today, StarWars.com announced that IDW Publishing is going to release a new adaptation of Rogue One – A Star Wars Story as the newest part of their Star Wars Adventure Series. Star Wars: Rogue One Graphic Novel Adaptation will be released in December and will highlight the work of Alessandro Ferrari and the team behind the original Star Wars saga graphic novel adaptations.

I’ll never forget those last few minutes of Star Wars Episode IV – The Empire Strikes Back. Luke Skywalker stares off helplessly into the distance as Chewie and Lando leave in the Millenium Faclon in an attempt to begin reconnaissance for a new mission to find Solo. The look on his face is dim, as the entire fate of the Rebellion seems bleak.
When it comes to villains in cinema, there are few who can top the infamous Darth Vader. The mere sound of his breathing sends chills down the spines of aspiring young Jedi. For years we watched as he relentlessly harassed the heroes of the original trilogy; killing Obi Wan, Chopping off Luke’s hand, and ultimately capturing Han Solo for the sole purpose of torturing and freezing him. But is he really that bad?
Friday is a great day. Most of us are looking forward to the end of the week, and all the great things that the weekend brings us. Like not working. This Friday, however, wasn’t just any ordinary Friday. It was Force Friday!
If you haven’t seen the latest Star Wars Episode 8 trailer, you might want to stop reading this (and get out of the house more often). The very last lines we hear from a in the trailer are from Luke, in which he states, “I only know one truth: It’s time for the Jedi to end.” If anything, this is great marketing for the new movie. It’s’ extremely cryptic and none of us ever expected to hear Luke say those words.
Thanksgiving is a holiday for sharing time with friends and family, giving thanks and watching football. Oh yeah, there’s one great thing I forgot to mention – food!
